Palm - Robellini

The Robellini palm tree, a date palm, is native to the humid environment of southeastern Asia, and has become a popular ornamental palm in South Florida. Because of its short height, the Robellini is easy to prune and often serves as a shrub tree to fill out gardens and give them an exotic flair. The Robellini palm thrives on direct sunlight, and plenty of it. You should water it twice a week, when it is young. As the tree grows past a foot or two, a once a week watering schedule should be adequate for your Robellini palm.
